love photographing on a beautiful day

As long as I can remember my creative soul has loved photographing life on a beautiful day. Nature, people in nature, playing with cast of light at different times of day. My soul gets so joyful at capturing these quick fleeting moments of light on it's subject.

My nieces and nephews and now their children and pets have long been a delight to photograph and paint from my photos. I realize I am creating a portrait with what I see through the lens. I enjoy this more with time. I get so excited at the beauty I see that I tend to squeal with exhilaration!! Which seems to make my subject react with joy too!!

A gift given to me and to them! It all goes by so fast..nice to capture and look and feel the moment.
